Introduction

 Automobile Association (AA) Automaps vector map products are compiled from high quality satellite imagery of the United Kingdom at a nominal 1:200,000 scale.

Automaps vector map products are regularly updated, and all roads detailed have been driven by the AA.

All are derived from the same database - the range of features extracted giving a notional scale. The products include: The products are discussed in more detail below.
